White Collar Events
Transforms Everyday People
A unique programme where people from non-combat professions train like boxers and step into the ring in life-changing events. It combines authentic athleticism with powerful camaraderie.
A prove, established Series
Since December 2021, Spartans has hosted 11 successful White Collar Fight Nights (9 in Dubai, 2 in Singapore), featuring:
- 5,000 guests
- 80 fights and 160 fighters
- 12 weeks of fight camp
- Over AED 500,000 raised for charity
A Premium, Unforgettable Experience
Guests enjoy a champagne reception, a 3-course dinner, professional fights, charity auctions, and the night ends by turning the ring into a dancefloor, continuing into an official after party.
Purpose-Driven with Charity Impact
Each event partners with Gulf For Good, assigning every fighter a unique link to raise funds, plus live auctions and giving trees on the night. Together they’ve raised half a million dirhams to support children worldwide.
Safety and Responsibility
Safety Comes First
- You agree to follow all safety regulations set by Spartans Boxing Club and your coaches.
- Sparring or training outside of approved sessions without prior consent from Spartans coaches is strictly prohibited.
Your Responsibility
- Failure to follow safety instructions makes you fully liable for any resulting injury or consequences.
- Should you be unable to fight, you must provide medical documentation confirming your inability to participate. Failure to do so does not remove your financial obligations.
Spartans White Collar is designed to be a safe, structured programme. Most participants are healthier and in better shape after the experience than when they started — because they commit fully to the programme and coaching. Issues typically arise only from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow guidelines.

Filming Information
IMPORTANT: ARRIVE ON TIME!
All team filming happens in the morning:
- Indoor filming around 7:00 AM
- Outdoor filming at 6:30 AM, locations will be confirmed and shared.
For the interview; wear regular clothes (you can come wearing what you normally wear for work, or anything else you prefer) and bring your training gear to change into after you have done your interview.
We want to show you both as a person and as a fighter. During these sessions you will:
- Be interviewed about why you are doing this and deliver a short message to your opponent.
- Be filmed working out in the ring and on the bags.
We are looking to show you as both a fighter in training and also as a normal person:
- During the session you will be interviewed about why you are doing this, and you will also be asked to deliver a short message to your opponent.
- We will also film you doing some workouts in the ring and on the bags so bring your gloves and your wraps with you.
The purpose of this is to create some excellent content for the night itself and for the package you receive after the fight to show your friends!
