These Terms of Use (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the Spartans White Collar Ticket Portal website (‘Site’), operated by Spartans Boxing Club LLC (‘Spartans’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’), registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

1. Use of the Website

  • 1.1 This Site is provided for the purpose of purchasing tickets and related merchandise for Spartans White Collar Boxing events and accessing event information.
  • 1.2 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use of the Site by any third party.
  • 1.3 Spartans reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Account Registration

  • 2.1 You may be required to create an account to complete a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • 2.2 Spartans reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

3. Ticket Sales and Payments

  • 3.1 All ticket and merchandise sales are processed securely through WooCommerce and Stripe. By completing a transaction, you agree to Stripe’s applicable payment terms and conditions.
  • 3.2 Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
  • 3.3 Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by Spartans. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
  • 3.4 Spartans reserves the right to refuse entry to any person not complying with event rules, including but not limited to health, safety, and conduct standards.
  • 3.5 Tickets and tables are issued electronically via the Spartans White Collar Ticket Portal. Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide a valid email address for receipt and verification.
  • 3.6 Refund eligibility and event-cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Event Access and Conduct

  • 4.1 Entry to any event requires a valid ticket and compliance with venue regulations.
  • 4.2 Spartans may deny entry or remove any individual who engages in behaviour deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
  • 4.3 You acknowledge that event schedules, participants or line-ups are subject to change without notice.

5. Merchandise Sales (Future Use)

  • 5.1 Where merchandise specific to Spartans White Collar events is offered, all sales are final unless an item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • 5.2 In such cases, Spartans may offer an exchange or refund at its discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • 6.1 All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Spartans Boxing Club LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • 6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written consent from Spartans.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartans Boxing Club LLC, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or attendance at any event.
  • 7.2 Spartans is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings at events.
