Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by Spartans Boxing Club LLC. Please verify your Table Tier and Number before purchase.
This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are managed for purchases made through the Spartans White Collar Ticket Portal, operated by Spartans Boxing Club LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This website is operated by Spartans Boxing Club LLC. All transactions are processed securely through WooCommerce and Stripe. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used via Stripe.
1. Tickets and Tables
1.1 All ticket and table sales are final. Once payment is processed, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted unless the event is cancelled by Spartans Boxing Club LLC.
1.2 Tickets cannot be transferred, resold, or altered without written approval from Spartans HQ.
1.3 It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify all booking details — including table tier and table number — with their host or event organiser before completing payment. Incorrect purchases are the buyer’s responsibility.
1.4 If an event is cancelled by Spartans, customers will be contacted via the email address provided at checkout and refunded in full to the original payment method.
1.5 If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date and remain valid. Refunds will not be offered due to rescheduling.
2. Merchandise (If Offered)
2.1 Merchandise items specific to Spartans White Collar events (for example, apparel or memorabilia) may be introduced in future.
2.2 For physical merchandise only, refunds or exchanges will be accepted solely for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
2.3 To request a merchandise return, contact the team via email within seven (7) days of receipt, including your order number and proof of purchase.
2.4 Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
2.5 Sale or discounted merchandise items are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process (Event Cancellations Only)
3.1 Refunds for cancelled events will be processed automatically through Stripe (our secure payment processor) within ten (10) business days of the cancellation notice.
3.2 The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3.3 Processing times may vary depending on your card provider or bank. Please check your statement before contacting us about a delayed refund.
4. Responsibility and Verification
4.1 Spartans Boxing Club LLC is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate booking details, unverified table allocations, or unauthorised third-party resales.
4.2 Entry to the event requires a valid ticket or table confirmation issued directly through the official Spartans White Collar Ticket Portal.
4.3 Spartans reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket cannot be verified or has been obtained through unauthorised channels.
